Bargain Books Wholesale is a division of Bargain Books, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  We have thousands of books in a variety of categories from many publishers.  Our inventory is comprised of remainders, hurts, returns and closeouts from the publishers.  Our books are not used but may be “remainder marked” by the publisher.  Returned books may have another store’s sticker on them.  Although we do not remove stickers prior to shipping, we have found they can be easily taken off in most cases.  Bargain Books Wholesale exhibits at several trade shows each year.  Please contact us if you would like to receive a trade show schedule.

Wholesale Customer Requirements
Customers must be a registered business or non-profit organization (libraries, schools, etc).   US businesses and organizations are required to provide a Federal Tax ID number to establish exemption from sales tax.

Minimum Order Requirement
BargainBooksWholesale.com requires a minimum purchase of 3 copies per title and a minimum order total of $150.

New Customers
New customers are required to prepay orders until credit is established.  Our Customer Service Department will contact you upon receipt of your online order.  At that time you will be asked to do the following:

• Complete an account application
• Provide 3 trade references
• Prepay your order by Master Card, Visa or company check

Existing Customers
You may use a purchase order to complete online purchases . Previously established payment terms apply to online orders.

Shipping
The buyer pays shipping.  Shipping cost is calculated based upon the following criteria:

• Weight of completed order
• Ship-to location
• Method of shipping

As a general rule, orders weighing up to 200lbs will be shipped Fed Ex Ground. Orders over 200lbs are shipped via cheapest freight carrier.  If you have an account with Fed Ex Ground or a freight company, we will ship collect.  Otherwise shipping charges will be added to your invoice.  We can also ship using the 3rd party logistics company of your choice.  You must Contact Us at the time of your order to make 3rd party logistics arrangements.  We do not ship via UPS at this time.  Please note that freight companies have a service charge when delivering to residential addresses; any surcharges will be added to your invoice. This is not the case with Fed Ex Ground.  We require freight forwarder information for large international shipments.

Return Policy
All books are sold on an as-is, non-returnable basis.  Claims for shortages must be made in writing within 15 days of receipt of goods.
